Chicken and Sweet Potato Stew

Ingredients
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces2 medium sweet potatoes, peeled and cubes2 medium Yukon Gold potatoes, peeled and cubes2 medium carrots, peeled and cut into 1/2-inch slices1 can (28ounces) whole stuewed tomatoes1 tsp salt1 tsp paprika1 tsp elery seed1/2 tsp ground pepper1/8 tsp ground cinnamon1/8 tsp groud nutmeg1 cup chicken broth1/4 cup fresh basil leaves (optional)
Directions
combine chicken, poatoes, carrots, tomatoes, spices & broth in crock-pot slow cooker.

Cover and cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours or on HIGH for 3 to 4 hours

Sprinkle with basil just before serving.
