Ingredients
8 cups chicken stock fat free1/2 cup dry bulgar1 tsp grated ginger root (optional)1/2 cup frozen or cooked green breans chopped1 1/2 cups liced mushrooms3 cups chopped nappa1/2 cup frozen peas2 Tbsp salt reduced soya sauce
Directions
heat your chicken broth, add your bulgar and allow to boil for 6 minutes add the remaining ingredients and let boil for additional 4 minutes.
