Ramen Beef Stir Fry

Ingredients
1 lb. top sirloin beef16oz. frozen stir fry vegetables1 pkg. Ramen noodles - Oriental flavor1 tbsp olive oil2 cups waterStir Fry Sauce Ingredients:1 tbsp sesame oil1 tbsp rice vinegar2 tbsp honey1 tbsp cayenne pepper1 tsp ginger1 tsp garlic1 tsp salt1 tbsp brown sugar1 tbsp corn starch3 tbsp Bragg Liquid Amino Acids
Directions
Cut beef into thin strips. Add olive oil to 12-inch skillet and heat over medium-high heat. Add beef and cook for 3-5 minutes until it is browned. Remove from heat.

Boil 2 cups of water in skillet. Break block of Ramen noodles and mix into water. Stir until slightly softened. Add frozen vegetables. Heat to boil and cook for 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are cooked to a crisp-tender state.

Add seasoning packet from Ramen soup mix, beef, and stir fry sauce to the skillet. Cook 2-3 minutes, stirring frequently, until hot.



Stir Fry Sauce:

In a separate pan, add all ingredients and heat over medium-high heat. Continue to cook until it boils and then for an additional 1-2 minutes, or until the consistency is syrup like.
