Chicken Stir Fried Rice

Ingredients

4 cups brown rice1.5 lbs chicken1 cup frozen peas1.5 cups chopped carrots1 lg onion5 eggs (can use substitue)1 tblsp garlic powder (or use fresh garlic)soy say 3 ozolive oil 3 tblsp
Cut up meat into small chuncks, then cut carrots into small pieces, cut onion into strips.
Add olive oil to non-stick skillet, heat on med. heat. Add chicken and garlic and some of the soy sauce toss a few minutes, then add carrots, cook few minutes, add peas and oinon. Add soy sauce as needed.
While mixture is cooking prepare rice according to package directions. (I use success boilin bag brown rice)
Can go ahead and scramble eggs and set aside.
After the meat and vegetqable mixture is cooked to whatever consistancy you want (tenderness of veggies) then fold rice into mixture, add some soy sauce, then fold eggs into mixture. Serve
I used a cup to measure serving equals 2 cups
