* Butter, salted, 2 tbsp * Unsweetened Apple Sauce, 0.25 cup * Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters), .5 cup * Whole Wheat Flour, 1 cup * Natural Whole Grain oatmeal, 1 cup * Baking Powder, 2 tsp * Salt, .5 tsp * Milk, nonfat, .5 cup * Almond extract, 1 tsp * Cranberries, 1.5 cup, chopped * Granulated Sugar, .75 cup * Blueberries, frozen (unsweetened), 1 cup, unthawed * Vanilla Extract, .25 tsp (remove)Mix together, put in greased muffin tin, bake for 25-30min @ 375 Enjoy!
