Creamy Turkey Tenderloins

Ingredients
1.75lb Turkey Tenderloins1 med. onion, sliced1 can Campbell's Cream of Chicken Soup.25 c. grated parmesan cheese1 T. EVOODash black pepper1 T. Sherry
Directions
Heat skillet with olive oil on medium high. Add turkey and onion and cook for 5 or so minutes turning the turkey frequently. Stir in soup and sherry, cover and reduce heat. Simmer for 20-30 minutes until done. May have to add water if it gets too thick. Stir in cheese until melted and add pepper to taste. Slice Tenderloins and spoon gravy over the top.
