1 pound(16 oz) Turkey Burger1 cup(8 oz) Athenos Reduced Fat Feta Cheese1/2 cup chopped black kalamata olives(regular black olives work too)2 tbsp. OreganoSalt and Pepper to taste.
In a large bowl, mix turkey burger, feta, chopped olives and oregano well. Make into 4 patties. Pre-heat grill or skillet to medium high heat. Spray with low fat cooking spray. Cook burger roughly 5-7 minutes each side, or until cooked through completely. Serve on Low Carb Bun. (we have served with roasted red pepper, or moistened sundried tomatoes as condiments, tastes great.)
