Cranberry Oatmeal Double Chocolate Chip Cookie

2 eggs½ cup softened butter½ cup Crisco1 tsp of vanilla1 cups quick oats2 cups all-purpose flour1 tsp baking soda1 tsp ground cinnamon1 tsp salt (½ tsp if using salted butter)¾ cup brown sugar¾ cup white sugar1 cup dried cranberries½ cup white chocolate chips ½ cup chocolate chips
DIRECTIONS: Preheat oven to 350 F
Beat together butter, sugar, Crisco, eggs and vanilla until fluffy. Add [combined] dry ingredients (except chips and Craisins), and mix together until well blended. Mix in by hand remaining ingredients. Drop spoonfuls onto baking sheet, about 2 inches apart. Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until edges are lightly browned. Cool for a few minutes on baking sheets, and then remove to wire racks to cool.
