Slow Cooker Vegetarian Chili with Sweet Potatoes

*Red Onion, 1 med red pepper, chopped*Green Pepper, chopped *garlic, minced 4 clovechili powder, 1 tbsp Ground cumin, 1 tbspUnsweetened Cocoa Powder, 2 tsp. *Ground Cinnamon 1/4 tsp. *diced canned tomatoes(3 cup), 1 28 oz can*Beans, Canned Black Beans, 15.5 oz can, rinsed*Beans, dark red kidney beans, 15.5 oz can, rinsed 1 sweet potato,med., 8 oz., peeled & cut into 1/2" pieces
In a 4-6 quart slow cooker, combine everything with 1 cup of water. Cook on low for 7-8 hours or high for 4-5 hours. Serve chili with sour cream, scallions, radishes and tortilla chips.
