Baked Oatmeal Squares w/Dried Fruit

3 cups quick oats2 tsp baking powder1 tsp cinnamon1 tsp salt1/2 tsp cloves1/2 cup sugar (can use brown sugar)1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce1 tsp vanilla4 egg whites1 tbs canola oil1 cup milk1 cup dried fruit (blueberies, cranberries, or raisins)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Mix the dry ingredients in one bowl. Mix the wet ingredients in another bowl. Combine the wet and dry ingredients, adding dried fruit. Spread in a 9X9 inch pan after spraying with non-stick spray. Bake 25-35 minutes. Eat as is or top with milk.
