Green Bean, Shrooms & Sweet Peppers

Ingredients
1 tsp olive oil or water1 cup fresh snap green beans1/2 cup fresh thick sliced mushrooms1/2 cup sliced sweet peppers
Directions
Using a medium sauce pan, add the oil or water if you prefer and the green beans. Cook over medium high heat tossing often for about 8 minutes. Add the peppers and mushrooms and continue to cook for about 7 more minutes or until vegetables are done but not droopy.
