Protein Pancakes

Ingredients
1/2 c. whole wheat flour1/2 c. protein powder1 tsp. baking powder (add 1/2 tsp. more for waffles)1/2 tsp. salt1 c. milk2 eggs
Directions
Mix ingredients in order given. Blend thoroughly together. Let set 5 minutes. Pour 2 tablespoons into waffle or griddle. Bake until you're satisfied with texture/coloring.

Serving = 2 pancakes each
