Leek Scrambled Eggs

Ingredients
Garlic, 2 clove (remove)Cheddar Cheese, .25 cup, diced (remove)Milk, 2%, .25 cup (remove)Egg, fresh, 4 large (remove)Leeks, 1 cup (remove)Olive Oil, 1 1tsp (remove)Nostrano Proscuitto, 1 serving
Directions
Heat up the garlic oil in frying pan. Chop up the proscuitto and garlic and add it to the hot oil. When slightly cooked, add the leek, chopped, and fry to your preferred tenderness. Beat the eggs with the milk and add spices, if you'd like. Pour into the frying pan with the leeks and cook until eggs are done. Stir continously during cooking.
