Asian Noodle Pasta Salad

Ingredients
*KEN'S Lite Asian Sesame Dressing w/Ginger & Soy, 12 tbsp *Baby Bok Choy, 1 raw, 1 serving *Bunny-Luv Organic Shredded Carrot, 1 cup Garlic, 1 clove Spinach, fresh, 4 cup *Kikkoman Reduced Sodium Soy Sauce, 2 tbsp Whole Wheat Spaghetti, cooked (pasta), 1 cup Almonds, 1 cup, sliced*Bean sprouts, 1 cup
Directions
Heat 1/2 cup Ken's Lite Asian Sesame w/ginger and soy in 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium-high heat and cook bok choy, carrots, green onions (optional), and garlic, stirring occasionally, 4 minutes. Stir in spinach and cook 1 minute or just until spinach is wilted.

Combine remaining 1/4 cup dressing with soy sauce in large serving bowl; toss in spaghetti and spinach mixture, then garnish with almonds.

We were hungry and this made 3 servings. You could easily stretch it into more servings and drop the calorie count.
