Baked Greek Shrimp

Ingredients
3 T olive oil1 small onion, finely diced2 cloves garlic, minced1/2 tsp red pepper flakes1 14 oz can diced tomatoes1 T lemon zest2 T chopped fresh dill1 pound peeled, deveined shrimp1/2 cup crumbled feta.
Directions
Heat olive oil in skillet over medium heat.
Add onion & cook till soft. Stir in garlic, red pepper flakes & tomatoes and bring to a simmer. Cook until slightly thickened. Stir in half the lemon zest & dill. Place shrimp in the sauce in one layer. Sprinkle on Feta cheese evenly. Place in oven & bake for 15-20 minutes at 375F. Remove from oven & sprinkle remaining lemon zest & dill. Serve over rice or noodles.
