Cinnamon Buns (Bread Maker)

Ingredients

1 1/4 cup water3 Tbsp skim milk powder1 egg, beaten1/4 cup sugar1 1/4 tsp salt4 1/4 cup flour1 1/4 tsp yeastFilling3 Tbsp melted butter2/3 cup brown sugar, packed1 Tbsp cinnamon
Measure first 8 ingredients in the order listed into Baking Pan.
Insert Banking Pan into oven chamber, twist to secure.
Select Dough/Pasta Setting
Press start.
When cycle is complete, remove dough from machine to a lightly floured surface.
Knead enough flour to make dough handle easy.
Roll dough into 12x8 rectangle.
Brush with melted butter. Mix cinnamon with brown sugar and sprinkle over butter.
Roll up in jelly roll fashion.
Pinch to panseal and cut into 12 equal pieces.
Place in greased 9 x 13 pan.
Cover and let rise for 30 minutes.
Bake at 375 for 35 minutes. Loosen edges and invert onto serving tray.
