2 can tuna in water drained8 oz Light cream cheese(i use whipped)1/4C green onions chopped3Tbsp chunky salsa (i like medium)
Directions
blend all together and chill. good as tuna salad on lettuce, in pita bread, stuffed into celery sticks or as a dip
makes 3 1C servings if used as main course sandwich or salad
