Ingredients
1-12 oz container non-fat Cool Whip1-6 serving package Jello Fat Free/Sugar Free Instant Chocolate pudding (or pudding flavor of your choice)2 cups fat free milkLet Cool Whip thaw completely in refrigerator.Whisk milk and pudding together. Fold in Cool Whip until well blended. Pour into container with snap on lid and place in refrigerator for about 4 hours.Variations:Combine two different flavors of pudding using the small packages of pudding, i.e. vanilla and chocolate.I also use Kroger brand chocolate graham crackers and make a torte. Take a container and place enough pudding mixture to cover the bottom. Place whole or crumbled chocolate graham crackers on top covering the pudding. Next place another layer of pudding and so on. The crackers take on a cake-like texture. They do not get soggy. You can also use vanilla pudding and chocolate grahams or use vanilla grahams. It is very lite and this is a low fat, low sugar treat for either sweet eaters or chocoholics. I only use Jello brand pudding. When I use generic, the pudding is thicker that what I care for.

This is amazing, though I used regular pudding. I turned it into a pie using a graham cracker crust, and added some toll house mini morsels to the top, only 105 calories a slice!!! - 9/4/10

My husband, who will not eat fat free/sugar free pudding because he says he can taste the artificial sweetener loved this! I didn't tell him what it's made with :-) There's hope for him yet! - 3/29/09

This was great! It actually reminded me of Wendy's frosties- which I cannot eat because I am lactose intolerant, but I added some lactose free milk instead and it was wonderful! - 3/18/09

I absolutely love this!! It is the best after dinner snack to curve that craving for sweets. One little scoop solves it all, and it really isn't bad for you at all! - 2/12/08

I was just at the grocery store and getting the ingredients for this and I couldnt find 12 oz cool whip..They had 8 oz and 16 oz...Just wondering if there is a 12 oz or if you might have mistaken it when putting up the recipe..Please let me know, Thanks! - 2/10/08

I just made this and it is great!!! I only used one cup of the skim milk and it turned out fine. Probably will keep this in my fridge most of the time. - 2/2/08
