Amy's Spicy Meatloaf

Ingredients
Directions
1 lb extra lean ground beef1 Lipton Onion Soup Mix pkg2 Scrambled Eggs (without adding milk)1/2 cup plain bread crumbs1 tbsp Black Pepper2 tbsp A1 Steak Sauce Bold and Spicy
In a mixing bowl, mix all the ingredients together.
Spray a bread pan baking dish with PAM olive oil.
Heat oven to 400
Cook uncovered for about 20 mins
Pull meatloaf out of oven and drain grease.
Place meatloaf back in over for another 10 mins or until the inside is cooked.
After it is done cooking, slice the meatloaf into about 6 slices which is about 4 oz.
Serve with some cooked veggies and enjoy!
