Ingredients
Combine Olive Oil, soy sauce, ginger root, garlic(minced) and molasses. Cut thin slices of beef and place in marinate 4-6 hours or overnight.when ready to cook; make rice according to pkgCut vegetables into thin, bite-sized pieces. Place 1 T oil in wok - stir fry beef until cooked through; remove from pan. Stir fry vegetables for 5-10 min until crisp-tender. Add beef back into mix and heat thoroughly;Serve over rice
