Crab and Cilantro Salad

Ingredients
1/4 cup red onion2 Tbsp cilantro, chopped1/2 tsp ground cumin1/2 tsp lime zest3 Tbsp fresh lime juice3 Tbsp light mayo8 oz crab3 cups romaine lettuce, chopped2 small tomatoes, quartered1/2 avocado, diced
Directions
Mix first 7 ingredients & season with salt & pepper to taste.
Combine last 3 ingredients and divide between 2 bowls.
Top each with 1/2 of the crab mixture.

    I really, really loved this! Mix the may and lime and coriander separately to get a smooth dressing, then add to crab. I used imitation crab, because that's what was on hand, and it was still fantastic. - 6/27/11
