- 1/4 cup water- 1 lb. lean ground beef- dash of minced onions- Old El Paso Taco Seasoning, 40% Less Sodium- Chili Seasoning Mix- Tomato Sauce (1 can)- Light Red Kidney Beans (1 can)- Spicy Chili Beans (1 can)- Campbell's Healthy Request Tomato Soup- 1 Tomato Soup can filled with water(Optional) - Fat-Free Cheddar Cheese
- Place 1/4 cup of water in stock pan and add ground beef and minced onions and stir until all the beef is cooked through (Do NOT drain the beef).
- Add both of the seasonings and stir well.
- Add the rest of the ingredients.
- Let cook on stovetop for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally until heated through.
- Add optional fat-free cheddar cheese.
Makes about 8 good bowl fulls.
