Grilled Chicken Wraps with Roasted Red Pepper Hummus and Spinach

Ingredients
2 Grilled Chicken Breasts - cut into strips2-4 Fat Free Whole Wheat Flour Tortillas4 tbsp. Athenos Roasted Red Pepper Hummus1 cup Fresh Spinach leaves
Directions
Season chicken breast with your preferred herb seasoning (mediterranean or Greek works best for this).

Grill chicken for 4 minutes. Turning as needed.

Cut chicken length-wise into narrow strips.

Take one tortilla. Spread 1 tbsp. of hummus across top half of the tortilla.

Take 1/2 the chicken strips and place in center of upper-half of the tortilla - on top of the hummus.

Add 1/2 the spinach leaves on top of the chicken.

Fold up bottom half of the tortilla, then fold in right and left sides.

Enjoy!

Recipe makes 2 wraps and serves 2.

NOTE: For smaller tortilla sizes, split each serving into two wraps.
