Sauteed Mushrooms with Wine

Ingredients
Mushrooms, fresh, 2 cup, pieces or slices Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped Garlic, 3 cloves Red Wine, 1 fl oz
Directions
Spray skillet with cooking spray and saute mushrooms, onions and garlic. Turn heat down to low and add wine. Simmer until most of the liquid is gone.

3 servings, aprox. 1/2 cup each

    I sprinkled salt, pepper and garlic powder on a boneless, skinless chicken breast and sauteed it in a little cooking spray first. Then I cooked the mushrooms according to the directions, adding the chicken breast to the pan when I added the wine. DELICIOUS and very easy dinner!! - 3/12/08
