Roasted Red Pepper Dip

Ingredients
1 cup fat free sour cream1/2 - 1 cup roasted red peppers (depending on how much you want - I eyeballed it)1 tablespoon lime juiceSalt & Pepper to taste
Directions
To make it easier on yourself, chop up the red peppers first.

Put everything into a blender, minus the salt and pepper and blend away. Add salt and pepper (I used Adobo, but not many people know what it is or like it) as you need it.

It's great for dipping artichokes, chicken, random veggies.... It's tasty and not spicy at all!
