Laura's Flax Focaccia Bread

Ingredients
Flaxseed Meal, 2 cupsBaking Powder, 1 Tbs.Salt, .5 tsp Granulated Sugar, 1 Tbs. (or sub with artificial sweetener)Egg, fresh, 4 large Canola Oil, .25 cup
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 F. Line a jelly roll pan with parchment paper and brush with oil or spray with Pam. Mix together dry ingredients. Mix together wet ingredients making sure eggs are fully scrambled. Add wet ingredients to dry. Mix batter until it is fully incorporated. Let sit a minute or 2. Pour into the center of the pan. Spread to desired thickness. Bake 20 minutes. Cool and cut with a straight edge (like a spatula or dough scraper). Wrap leftovers and refrigerate.
