Tahena's Vegan Sweet Potato Chili

Ingredients
* Onions, raw, 4 medium (2-1/2" dia) DICED * Celery, raw, 2 cup, diced * Beans, red kidney, 2.5 cup * Longos Diced Tomatoes No Salt Added 6 cup * *Ragu Spaghetti Sauce (tomato sauce), 3 cup * *Potatoe, Sweet (2" x 5 1/2"), 3 serving DICED * *Potato, raw, 4 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) DICED * Carrots, raw, 1.5 cup, chopped SLICED * *Bob's Red Mill Vital Wheat Gluten Flour, 4 tbsp
Directions
Dice and slice all ingredients, add to a pot, add all other ingredients, and simmer on low for a few hours.
