Green Smoothie

Ingredients
2 handfuls of spinach3/4 c. any kind of milksprinkling of chia and/or flax seed (if desire)half of a banana1 c. frozen berriesvanilla or honey, to taste
Directions
-Makes one smoothie for a main breakfast item or two smaller servings.
-Put everything into a blender and mix until smooth
-can add in peanut butter, raw oats, frozen pineapple, frozen mango, canned pumpkin, avocado, frozen banana chunks, and so much more. This is the basic recipe given.
