425 Pumpkin, canned, without salt 28 1 sm.box Jello s-f/f-f van. pudding-unprepared 50 tbsp Tru Whip All Natural Whipped Topping (by CCAMPBELL63)
Directions
No cooking. Open containers, mix everything together & add spices. Store covered in refrigerator up to 1 wk. or so. About 5- 135 gm servings

    Just realized...I left out the small box of s-f, f-f pudding mix....the cheesecake, vanilla, or butterscotch work well with this...:)

    We just had this for dessert and my husband could not believe it was low carb and low cal. It is absolutely fantasic. However, I question the calories value. The cool whip (fat free or light) is 500 calories for 8 oz. so It would add 100 calories per serving. - 12/24/10

    Thanks for pointing out the calorie discrepancy...I agreee...tack on another 100 calories...but even at 143 calories. it's still a great dessert, yes?

    I've made this before with pumpkin pie filling and it's GREAT!! It goes well with Vannilla Wafers! It's great for a desert table around the holidays!! :) - 9/20/09
