Italian Sausage Jambalaya

Ingredients
1 package Bob Evans Sweet or Hot Itailian Sausage, cut into 2-inch pieces (19 oz.)1/2 cup diced onio1/2 cup diced celery1can diced tomatoes (14.5 oz)1 package frozen cut okra, thawed (10 oz)1 cup chicken broth1/2 cup uncooked brown rice1/2 teaspoon hot sauce1 teaspoon oregano1/2 teaspoon thyme
Directions
In a nonstick skillet over medium heat, cook sausage until brown. Set sausage aside. In same skillet, saute onion and celery until tender. Add cooked sausage, tomatoes, okra,chicken broth, rice hot sause, oregano and thyme. Stir to combine. Bring to a boil. Cover, reduce heat to low and simmer for 15 to 25 minutes, or until rice is tender.
