Ingredients
in one bowl mix together2/3 cups brown sugar2 large eggsadd1 cup canned pumpkin1/4 cup canola oil1 cup sour milk or buttermilk1 tsp vanillain seperate bowl mix3/4 cup all purpose flour1 cup whole wheat flour1 cup oat bran1/2 tsp soda1 1/2 tsp baking powder1/4 tsp salt add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and only mix gently till combined. There will still be lumps and some flour may be showingopt...add 1/2 cup chocolate chipsspoon into 12 greased muffin cupsBake at 400 degrees 20 minutes or till top springs back when touched lightlyenjoy!
