Ingredients
1 whole roasting chicken (skin and fat removed)1/4 cup honey1 tsp paprika1 tsp onion powder1/2 tsp black pepper1/2 tsp thyme1/4 tsp garlic powder
Directions
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.

Mix all spices into the honey and brush onto the chicken. Roast chicken in a roasting pan with enough water to cover the bottom of the pan. Baste with juices occasionally until done. Cover the chicken with aluminum foil tent to keep from burning.
