Ingredients
Tofu, medium firm - 1 CupBok Choy, 1 CupMushrooms, 1 CupGarlic, 6 clovesRed Potatoes, 6Paprika, 1 T
Directions
Cut tofu into cubes. Sprinkle paprika over tofu until coated. Place tofu in pan on medium high heat until brown on all sides. Add vegetables and 1/2 cup water. Simmer with lid on until potatoes are done, about 20 minutes. Serve hot.
