Ingredients
2 scoops whey powder4 egg whites1/5 cup oatmeal1 tbsp. flaxseed1 cup of berries (fresh or frozen)
Directions
Beat egg whites, Protein powder, and oatmeal. Heat over medium heat until cooked through. (time will depend on how big you make your patties). Mash berries and flaxseeds together to use as a sauce to pour over pancakes. Makes one serving. This is the ultimate power protein breakfast!
