Toasted Quinoa Yogurt Topping

Ingredients
1 cup quinoa1 Tbl olive oil1 Tbl. honey1 Tbl cinnamon1/4 cup whole flaxseed
Directions
Mix all ingredients together. Spread on baking sheet; bake at 375 for 25-30 or until lightly browned, stirring every 10 mins. Cool and break apart.

Great for use as a topping for greek yogurt. Sprinkle 2 Tbl on top.
