93% Lean Ground Beef, 16 oz (remove)Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, chopped (remove)Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) (remove)swanson beef broth, reduced sodium, 4 cup (remove)*365 Organic Diced Tomatoes, 4 cup (remove)Tomato Sauce, 1 cup (remove)Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen, 1 cup kernels (remove)Tomato Paste, 0.25 cup (remove)*Hodgson Mill Whole Wheat Spirals (Pasta), 17 oz (remove)2 tsp italian seasoning1/2 tsp pepper
Brown ground beef along with pepper and onion, until no longer pink and set aside.
In a large saucepan, add the broth, tomatoes, tomato sauce, tomato paste, and corn. Stir in Italian Seasoning and pepper. Bring to a boil. Stir in pasta and return to boil. Reduce heat and ad the beef mixture. Simmer for 10 to 12 minutes.
Serving size is 1 1/3 cups for a total of 8 servings.
