Pork Szechuan Stir Fry

Ingredients
4 Oz White Whine1 Packet of Szechuan Seasoning or Tbsp of Szechuan Sauce3 Tsp Sugar4 Tbsp Soy Sauce1/2 Cup Water1 lb cubed pork tenderloin1 10 oz package frozen broccoli florets1 package mushrooms, sliced1 Package or 2 cups Snow PeasBell Peppers (2) sliced into strips2 Tbsp Olive Oil
Directions
Mix together Wine, Szechuan, Sugar, Soy & Water Split in half
Chop mushrooms
Pour 2 Tbsp of olive oil in pan on Medium High heat
Stir Fry the meat until warm or browned, depending on whether you're using raw pork, or pork that was previously cooked. Add in half the marinade. Stir fry for 1 more minute.
Add Vegetables, mix in with meat, and then pour the rest of the marinade in. Stir fry until Veggies are desired doneness.
