Lite Cheesy Potato Soup

Ingredients
3 c chicken broth1/2 cup chopped onion1 1/2 cup diced celery3 c diced potatoes1 tsp dill weed4 T margarine4 T flour1 tsp parsley3 C skim milk8 oz 2% Milk Velveeta10 oz cubed ham steak
Directions
Bring broth, onions, potato, ham, celery & dill to boil. Lower heat and cook until potatoes are tender. While they cook prepare a white sauce: melt margarine & add flour, parsley & milk - stir until thickened. Add cheese and stir until melted. Pour over potato mixture and stir.
