Low Carb Italian Sausage

Ingredients
2 lbs coarse ground pork1 Tbsp coarse ground fennel2 bay leaves, crushed1 Tbsp dried parsley3 cloves garlic, minced1/8 tsp hot dried red pepper flakes1 tsp salt1/4 tsp pepper4 Tbsp water
Directions
Mix all the ingredients carefully, let stand for 1 hour, and mix again. Stuff into casings, or fry plain.
