Ingredients
Dempster's Whole Wheat TortillaEgg, fresh, 1 large Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, 1 oz Cheddar or Colby Cheese, Low Fat, 1 oz Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Original, 1 oz *Fiber Sure, fiber supplement powder, .25 serving
Directions
Spray small skillet with non-stick cooking spray and heat over medium heat. Place egg, milk in bowl and wisk with fork. Add fiber powder and mix again. Pour into skillet and swish around to spread it out. Allow to cook without stirring. Take cheese and sprinkle over, once all cheese is on let sit a couple minutes then turn off the heat and let sit. Use a spoon to fold egg over and place in tortilla. Roll up and enjoy!
