Lissy's Beef Lo Mein

Ingredients
Ingredients:8 oz China Boy Lo Mein Noodles15 oz Top Sirloin16 oz Broccoli Slaw1 medium Onion8 oz Pea Pods (vein removed)Sauce:3 tbsp Lite Soy Sauce4 tbsp Dark Brown Sugar3 tbsp Corn Starch1 packet Herb Ox Low Sodium Beef Granules 1 cup Water2 tsp Sesame Oil3 Cloves GarlicCayenne Pepper to taste
Directions
Mix all ingredients for sauce & set aside.

Cook Noodles according to package directions & set aside.

Cook onion & beef until almost done, add vegetables & cook until hot (cover wok for a few minutes to allow vegetables to steam), once hot add half of the sauce mixture, mix to coat, simmer for one minute then transfer to a covered bowl to keep warm.

Add remaining sauce to wok, bring to a low simmer then add noodles to wok. Toss to coat & then add noodles to plate, cover with meat & vegetables and enjoy!
