10 frozen raspberries (unsweetened)3 frozen strawberries (unsweetened)3 tsp splenda no calorie sweetener1 tbsp cocoa1 cup vanilla rice dream milkice cubes
Directions
Put together in a blender and liquify!
Enjoy!
If you don't like raspberries, just add more strawberries!

    This is good. I made some modifications to this recipe to increase the calories alittle bit. Instead of using cocoa powder, I use chocolate whey protein powder to increase the protein. i used skim milk, a tablespoon of natural peanut butter,fresh raspberries and strawberries. I would make this again - 8/23/13
