Little Meatballs with Gravy over Rice

1 lbs. lean ground beef (93% or more lean)3 Cans Campbell's Consomme soup (undiluted)4 T white flour1 cup sliced mushrooms (fresh are always better)4 cups brown rice cooked (2 cups instant brown rice will make 4 cups cooked)
Shape ground beef into miniature meatballs, about 1/2" in diameter. Brown them in large skillet. with sliced mushrooms. When everything is nicely browned (should take 5-10 minutes), mix 1 can of consomme soup with 4 T flour and add to meatballs. Then add the other 2 cans of consomme, undiluted (without any more flour). Stir constantly as it boils. When it has cooked for 5-10 minutes and is nicely thickened, serve over 1 cup brown rice.
