Crab cakes

Ingredients
1 pound lump or claw crab meat2 teaspoons Old Bay seasoning1 Tbsp seafood magic seasoningPinch of cayenne pepper1 egg1-1/2 Tablespoons mayonnaise* (can sub ff mayo)1 tablespoon Dijon mustardSalt and pepper to taste1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce1 tablespoon red bell pepper, minced2 tablespoons chopped cilantro or parsley.2 tablespoons finely chopped shallot or green onion˝ cup cornmeal2 tablespoons olive oil
Directions
Pick over crab meat, removing any cartilage. Beat egg and then add rest of ingredients except olive oil. Gently mix all ingredients. Chill for at least 2 hours or up to 12 hours.

Make into cakes approximately 2 inches in diameter by 3/4 inches high (8 cakes). Sauté in the olive oil until golden brown on both sides in a nonstick pan.
