Diabetic Banana Bread

Ingredients
1/4 cup white sugar3/4 cup Sugar Twin or Splenda1/3 cup margarine1 egg2 egg whites1 tsp baking soda2 cups flour4 Tbsp milk (2% or whole; not skim)3/4 tsp vinegar (I used apple cider vinegar)3 bananas, ripe, mashed - 369 gms or so1/2 cup walnut pieces
Directions
1. Blend sugar, Sugar Twin, and margarine.
2. Add eggs and mix well. Sift flour and soda into bowl and stir.
3. Mix milk and vinegar together, then add to mixture. Fold in bananas.
4. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees in greased 9 x 5 loaf pan. Let cool and cut into 20 slices.
