1/3 cup of wheat flour, 1/3 cup of Wheat bran, 1/2 tsp baking powder,4 egg whites, salt, garlic, Italian spice, basil, 1/4 chopped onion, 2 cups chopped mushrooms, add 1/8 th tsp of pepper and other spice's
make into 4 patties and brown in a non stick skillit till heated aprox 4 min each side....very very good and healthy too... extra onions with mushrooms and top with cheese is good too.

I am so sorry now I need to learn how to edit recipe. It is 2 cups of chopped mushrooms and 1/4 cup onion,,, do you know how to edit recipe :#?
