Tuna Quinoa Pilaf with Edamame

1 cup quinoa1 medium red pepper0.5 a medium red onion1 tbsp olive oil2 cups canned tuna (in water, drained)3 cups frozen shelled edamame3 cloves garlicblack pepper to taste
1. Boil water and cook quinoa to package directions.
2. Meanwhile, saute onions in olive oil and garlic until translucent. Add peppers, tuna, and edamame and cook until edamame is cooked. Add cooked quinoa and pepper to taste.
