Quick and Simple Granola

3.5c. Quaker Old Fashioned Oats1/2c pecans, chopped1/4c almonds, sliced1 tsp. cinnamon1/4 tsp. pumpkin pie spice2 dashes salt2 Tbsp. liquid egg whites1 tsp. Splenda Brown Sugar Blend
Preheat oven to 300* and line a baking sheet with parchment.
Combine in large bowl everything but whites and sugar. Mix well. In small bowl, beat whites until frothy. Add sugar, and beat to dissolve/combine. Pour over granola and mix well, with hands.
Pour onto sheet tray (or two, if using standard cookie sheets) and spread to even out. Bake, stirring every 15 minutes, about 30-45minutes, until toasty.
Yields 4.25cups.

Ya, I noticed that too. I even checked it about 4 times when I originally put it together. Each time it read the amount correctly. I just double checked it again, and yes, the oats we off. It's just weird because, like I said, I showed right before.
