Chicken Florentine Casserole (using Philly Cooking Cream)

1.5 chicken breast, no skin, chopped1 clove garlic, minced1 tsp olive oil1 tub Philly Cooking Cream Italian Cheese & Herb3/4 c. milk1 can (14.5 oz) no salt added diced tomatoes1/4 c. mushrooms1 box frozen spinach, thawed and drained1 c. Kraft 2% shredded mozzarella cheese2 c. Barilla Plus Bowtie Pasta4 T. bacon, in pieces
1. Heat oven to 375ºF.
2. Cook pasta according to directions on box.
3. Heat oil in large skillet on medium heat. Add chicken and garlic; cook and stir 6 to 7 min. or until chicken is done. Stir in all remaining ingredients except bacon.
4. Spoon into 1-1/2 qt. casserole sprayed with cooking spray; cover.
5. Bake 25 min. or until heated through, uncovering and sprinkling with bacon after 15 min.
