Easy Ground Pork and Quinoa Meatloaf Muffins

Ingredients
1 lb. Lean Ground Pork3/4 c Frozen Seasoning Blend (onions, peppers, celery, parsley, etc)1 c fully cooked Quinoa1 medium egg1 tbsp soy saucepepper to taste
Directions
Preheat oven to 450degrees
mix all ingredients together
spray muffin tins and scoop mixture into each cup
cook thoroughly
